My car: 2000 BMW 3 Series (328ci). I had some fairly large maintenance items done at Funk Bros in the past week. It was my first time going there. They were excellent. I dealt with Hovig who was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. And I will admit that I am what many places probably consider a "pain in the ass" customer because I want to verify what parts they are going to use, from which manufacturers, why and so on. Hovig was always more than willing to answer all my questions and never once did I feel like I was being rushed. Also, as the careful readers have already noticed, I am talking about a 13 year old car and keep in mind that Funk Bros does not specialize in BMW's, yet I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and familiarity with the repairs that were needed to my car. How do I know? Because I peruse the BMW owners websites and I knew when I went in there what work needed to be done. Prices were right in line with what I had read which still puts them a heck of a lot less than the dealer. But then Funk Bros does not have a "gleaming white palace" either (like the local dealer). Frankly I'll take the honesty and integrity over the "gleaming white palace" any day. My experience with Funk Bros was great and I recommend them without reservation.
