My roommate recommended Funk Brothers to me when my car didn't start one morning. Even though it was not fun to have it towed to auto repair, I'm glad to have met these guys. They are professional, kind and polite. They treated me with respect despite I literally don't know a thing about the engine. I highly recommend, and will definitely be coming here for further maintenance.

These guys are awesome, fixed my 69' Ford Pickup up in no time fair prices, super polite and friendly I highly recommend these guys.

Had a broken alternator. fixed it right up! Unfortunately I must of got a bad one somehow cuz a few months later it was broken again. Took it back to funk brothers and they replaced right away free of charge! The owner JOE is super nice and easy to talk to as well. Will certainly be returning in the future.

Funk bros are always so busy! But it's because they are one of the few honest mechanics left in hollywood. Feels like family every time I go there I bring my classic car there because they work with so many classics and always know exactly what's going on with my 67 cougar and get it back in running condition every time love them and would recommend them especially to classic car owners

Funk Brothers is the best shop in LA by a long shot. Not only are the honest and trustworthy, they also go above and beyond. They can always fit me in and I am confident in the work they do. Being a woman, it is important to me that I am not spoken down too and that Mechanics don't treat me like I am stupid. They are very knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions. They even printed out additional information for me about the issue with my car so I would know everything. I highly recommend them and feel lucky to have found them.

All I can say is Funk Bros. are great. Honest. Quick. Thorough. Will tell you what you need now and what you can do later... Hell, they will even tell what you what your car doesn't need. But, in the end, you will get very impressive service. They are my go-to.

Might be the best service I've received not only at a mechanic, but at any service-oriented establishment. I've brought my vehicle in before and they've given me the diagnosis without charging, then tell me to take my car to the dealership for a better deal on the repairs needed. That is next level care about their customers. They also explain in detail every issue and explain what and why they need to fix it. I've never seen such honesty and thorough clarity before in my life. I recommend this place to my mother. (and this is not a fake review).

I am a relatively new customer, and I have always been pleased with the service. This visit was for a simple oil change, and when I stood at the counter I mentioned in passing that my sunglasses that I clip onto my prescription glasses had fallen somewhere under the driver's seat. I have a back injury and it's been difficult trying to locate them let alone get them out. When I came to pick up my car a couple hours later (the oil change was done very quickly) I noticed that they had made the extra effort and found my sunglasses and placed them on the passenger seat waiting for me. They didn't need to look for them, yet they went the extra mile and saved my back from additional pain. That's the high quality and concern you can get at Funk Brothers, not only for your car, but for you.
