Excellent communication & great streamlined setup for new customers. Joe was super chill & had my 2002 BMW window regulator replaced within a 24 hour time window despite being swamped with jobs. Competitive pricing & the service speaks for itself. Would definitely recommend if you're in the LA / West Hollywood area. Especially the car that was speeding and hit another car as I rolled up through the gates. Can't make this stuff up.

Love this place. They are quick, knowledgeable and upfront about the issues and solutions. My repair took a bit longer than planned (it's a classic car so it always throws up a surprise!) but I was kept informed throughout the process and of costs. Been to a lot of mechanics over the years and I just wish I would have found Funk Brothers earlier. They have a lot of awards for quality and service, and they deserve everyone of them and more! I went to Funk Brothers at the beginning of the year when after shopping around and being told that my headlamp repair would cost me about $2k I knew there must be another way. They were recommended to me by multiple friends and I figured I need to try them. I am so glad I did! Not only did I save over half of the estimate of what others gave me but those guys actually use their brains! I went back since for minor things and will be going again. The staff is very friendly. They're quick and keep you updated along the way. Fair and honest prices. I forget the guy at the desks name but the guy with the mustache at the desk is the homie. Super friendly always has a smile on it seems.

The light came on in my Honda Accord and found this spot on my way home. I stopped by and got an oil change/tire rotation within an hour for ~$85. Very friendly and quick.

Dropped off my car in the morning to get diagnostics for "check engine light" & was impressed overall by their service. Took awhile to get answers from them... But great service with honest feedback.

Funk Brothers are exceptional! Not only is the service honest and great quality, the men who work there are kind and professional and most importantly HONEST! From the moment I walked in, I felt I was in good hands, which can be challenging for a woman, as we tend to get taken advantage of in these types of situations...but not these guys. They were genuine, had fair prices and I highly recommend them :)

I went on vacation and came back and found my Mazda wouldn't start. Got it jumped but needed a new battery. Funk Brothers and Hovig replaced the battery (it was under warranty) and changed the oil, filters, etc. and got it back running perfectly. They were prompt with letting me know what was wrong with my car and got it back to me within a day. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
