Amazing place, very helpful. They were very honest with what needed to be fixed, and were honest as to what we should prioritize. They had my car ready the same day. This will be my go to shop from now on.

Staff incredibly helpful. They showed me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Not pushy on sales whatsoever. Simply explains the problems and left it up to me to fix when convenient. I’m not from the area but if I was this would be my go to place.

I found Funk Bros Auto on Google search. I have brand new Silverado and broke rear passenger taillight lens. I ordered a new one it arrived yesterday and no problem 2 screws plug and play. Ha ING some automobile and motorcycle accessory experience this yould be just like the YouTube video showed except wrong, Murphys Law intercepted. Not having a life, proper tool and 3000 miles from home I found Funk Bros Auto in Studio City, California. I Spoke to whom I believe to be either the owner or Certainly and high level manager who stated bring it right down. I proceeded to their facility and of course nothing matched up it was junk from China. What a surprise. The Lebanese Mechanic with an amazing sense of humor was determined to figure a way out swaping parts using and mounting entire new harness. When he was finished I went to pay the bill and the Owner absolutely refused to take any money recognizing we were new to Studio city and both my wife and I are travel nurses trying to get by. I tried again to pay but they weren't having it. In my 56 years on this planet nobody has ever performed service to perfection at no cost to me. I salute to service Funk Bros Auto and have pledged while I remain in California I will have everything done thete including oil changes, Brakes whatever comes up. I also liked the way the gentlemen interacted with a woman thst was in front of me at the counter. Ofter women are prayed upon when going into a Mechanics Den. NOT HERE! So in closing I will be having an oil change and check up next week with Funk Bros Auto and ask the question is it really worth it to get dirty or hurt when great honest people like this actually exist. I thought maybe I was part of a commercial or something because it was to good to be true but after pinching myself their we all were. Friendly for everyone with amazing integrity. I just had such a great experience there this morning. I came to get a pre purchase inspection on a used car and before I even paid I mentioned something clunky I noticed about the car on he took a look at the car and told me that he believed it would be a mistake to buy it. He could have easily let me pay for the inspection but he didn’t. Also he was very polite and nice to speak with generally. Super positive experience please go here!
