I brought my 2011 Nissan Cube in because it randomly stopped working in the middle of my shift, as a delivery driver, at 10 am and by 10:30 am I had called and they were able to see my car right away! Extremely professional, communicative and helpful in every way! I for SURE will only be coming here from now on! Since it turned out my issue was my car's starter, the owner tried like 5 places until he found one that would deliver the type of starter my car requires in the same day! And I had my car completely fixed by 5 pm! I was quoted him more than fair price also for everything! It was actually a lot less than I thought it would be. These guys are AWESOME!! I'm putting my family and friends onto this place also! Gave me tons of advice and a free estimate on what else I needed done also. *also very safe and healthy environment for women! I didn't once receive "that tone of voice" like I have in the four other auto-repair shops I've been to since moving here!! 100/10!* These guys are very hard-working, honest and deserve your business!

I've been going to Funk Bros. for a few years now. I've been to a lot of auto repair shops in Los Angeles over the years and they are the best around. EVERY time I've gone there their work and professionalism have been excellent. Hovig is always open to any questions I have and answers them thoroughly. I always get an estimate before the work is done, it's explained to me, then based on my approval they begin the work. When the work is done I get a printout of what was done, cost, etc... I love the new location too. Easy to get to, with lots of places within walking distance to shop or eat while the work is being performed. Whether it's just a simple oil change or something much more extensive, they have come through 100%.

This is for funk bros located on la brea. Arman was quick, price was fair, and fast forward a few months later, my E38 740il BMW is still handling like a dream. He did my sway bar link, and lower front control arms. I couldn't recommend them more... he also noticed my transmission was acting a bit strange and recommended to a transmission shop not far. He was right ! My torque converter was failing... I'm glad arman caught it, because I took it to previous mechanics that said nothing was wrong with my transmission. I got it fixed, and Now My car is still driving like butter despite being 20 years old. Really really pleased, and I will be back as I'm sure another repair will come about at some point in the future. Thanks guys

First of all these guys are all about safety. Outstanding staff. They will let you know up front what needs attention. And they will perform superior service to your vehicle bringing it to the best possible performance. I have had my corvette serviced there for the last 4 years and I am 100% satisfied.

I've gone to Funk Brothers since I moved to the area and needed a mechanic close by. Initially for an oil change but I've come to rely on them for any issues that I have with my car. Oil changes are easy, but when my car was experiencing some rough handling I took it in to get looked at and they called back to tell me what the problem was-basically I had no brakes at all, it was costly but needed. The price was steep but they not only honored the 10% Yelp discount but tried to cut the price where they could. They also recommended a couple of other repairs as well but I told them I would want to hold off on them if I could since the most pressing repairs were done (and paid for.) There was no pressure to get anything else done, and I really do feel like their approach is more consultative. They outline what they see but leave the decision up to you to make, it never feels like they talk down or give you the runaround. I eventually got all the repairs done and my last visit for an oil change there were no unexpected repairs or things that need to be done, just a clean bill of health. As long as I live in the area Funk Brothers are going to be my go to for my car needs.

Came into this place for a tuneup and Arman was upfront / recommended me the best suggestions that no one else ever did. I UNFORTUNATELY needed something else done instead - but he was a great great guy. I'll def recommend you stopping by here if you have any car problems. This is the best in La! THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST AND ABSOLUTELY OUT OF THIS WORLD. Our car died on Friday and not only did they look at it in a Saturday but when it didn't completely fix the issue, they helped us again on Monday right before we were about to drive back home. They are amazing and got it done super fast as well as being extremely detailed. I love them and will 10000% be recommending them to everyone I know in this area. They really saved us from having to stay in SoCal for an extra day.

I came in with my toddler towards the end of the day with a tire that had a nail in it. They quickly fixed it and were so lovely. Thanks for your help before closing! I really appreciate not having to drive home on a flat tire.
