These guys were extremely flexible and made the process so easy. They determined my car didn't need repairs and didn't even charge me despite leaving my car there for three days. Super nice guys! Will definitely be back.

"DON'T DRIVE YOUR CAR!" That's what I heard from Funk Brothers Auto Technicians when I drove my 2002 Lincoln Blackwood off the shop floor. After a number of repairs due to my negligence, many of which are still on the menu, I decided not to replace my tires. I was told my tires were unsafe because they were scorched by the sun for non use. Therefore "Don't drive your car" made perfect sense because my dear friends at Funk Brothers were concerned for my safety. They even called me a couple of days later to make sure I was okay! Talk about customer service!!! For those who must know, I have a recently purchased 2017 Ford Explorer that replaced a 2016 Ford Focus. Thanks to Funk Brothers, Ford does not mean Found On the Road Dead. I am a completely satisfied customer as I'm sure you will be if you choose Funk Brothers to service your automobile. I put my Blackwood on ice until our next visit when I can repair what is left on the list because of my negligence. Please do not neglect your automobile like I did because you might hear the same warning, "Don't Drive Your Car!" Unless, of course, you have the finances to completely repair everything wrong with your car at one time due to your negligence. I'm a poor Black man. I ain't got a whole lot of money. I gotta space things out. Just sayin'.

Outstanding service for my husband's beloved 1968 Mustang convertible. Armen was super responsive, polite, professional, and reasonable. They were quick and explained all the work needed in an easy to understand way. Armen consulted with some Mustang experts he knew to get additional input on the problem and clearly spent quality time addressing what needed to be done. We will be bringing our other car into them as well. So glad we found them. Highly recommend!!

My car has had a coolant leak for MONTHs.. I've taken my car to 2 other mechanics where both have told me they couldn't figure out what the problem was and also quoted me a very expensive price to rip apart my engine to figure it out.. Anyways, Funk Bros Auto figured it out right away - I received a call within 30 minutes of dropping my car off, they're getting the job done in the same day and also charge a reasonable price. Armen is very nice and was easy to talk to about the issue. I highly recommend giving Funk Bros Auto a call.

Highly recommended! Brought my 2015 Mustang here after a Ford dealer tried to tell me I needed a new engine because of the miles on it. They didn't even check the car over. Armen and Funk Bros saw right away 2 of the 4 plugs were completely shot and the coils were originals which was causing the cylinder 3 and 4 misfire. Not a faulty engine!! Thanks Armen. Great service replacing plugs and coils and doing an injection flush. Car runs great!!

I'm actually in awe of how well these guys get right to the bottom of what they think is wrong with your vehicle and give you straight forward and easy to understand options of how to fix it. Why isn't every shop like this?
